Please understand that when you call in an order you are calling our store directly, we may not always be able to take your order at that time but will be more than happy to return your phone call so please leave a brief message.
Orders placed for in store pick up will have any shipping charges charged to your credit card, refunded back to you as a credit. Please note that in store pick ups are required to be charged a 9.75% Gatlinburg, TN. sales tax. Tax will be included in your total before the credit is issued.
Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. Understand that all weights that are not in even pound increments will be rounded to the next whole pound.
Unfortunately, we are a small company that cannot nor will we accept returns or issues refunds for user errors or mix-ups. If there is a problem with your order please call us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issues with you immediately.
